A big thank you to everyone who entered our giveaway and helped us with social media. Our Facebook traffic is starting to pick up. Even better yet, I met one of my blogging goals that I’ve been working on for a long time.
Retire By 40 is #98 on the Wisebread’s top 100 most popular personal finance blogs! When I first joined, I think there were about 400 blogs on the list, but now I see there are 765 blogs. That’s pretty crazy. Wisebread uses a lot of social media metrics, so thank you for liking us on Facebook and following us on Twitter. I haven’t been as active on social media lately because I’m taking some time off to be a stay-at-home dad, but I’ll pick it up soon.
Young and Thrifty gave 9 Reasons why she deactivated Facebook. I haven’t been active on my personal Facebook account at all. I check it maybe once a week to see if there are any breaking news, but most of my friends are not active either. I’m much more active on Retire By 40′s Facebook account.
